Skylights collect pollen, leaves, pine needles and bird droppings on top, and dust and cobwebs underneath. Because they're hard to reach from both sides, they usually get skipped — until the light coming through is noticeably dim.
Inside and out
We clean the exterior from the roof when it's safe to access and clear debris from around the flashing. Inside, we use extension tools or ladders to clean the glass and frame from below, with drop cloths protecting your floors.
- Exterior glass and frame cleaned from the roof
- Debris cleared from around flashing and curbs
- Interior glass, frame and light well dusted and cleaned
- Quick check for cracked seals or signs of leaks
Most customers add skylights to their regular window cleaning visit.
