Mention anything unusual: skylights, sunrooms, French doors with small panes, or windows behind shrubs and decks. For gutters, let us know the height of the roofline and whether pines or oaks hang over the house.

Commercial customers should include the building address, access hours and whether a certificate of insurance is needed for the property manager. If you're booking several services at once — say windows, screens and a driveway wash — list them together so one crew can handle everything in a single trip.

Online window-cleaning bookings go straight onto our schedule, and you'll receive a confirmation with your arrival window. If you sent a quote request instead, someone from the office follows up to confirm details such as gate codes, parking and any fragile items near the windows. On the day of service the crew walks the property with you first, then again at the end so you can check the glass, sills and tracks before we leave.
