These terms apply to your use of this website and to services booked with Busy Bee Window & Gutter Cleaning, Inc. ("Busy Bee", "we", "us"). By using the site or booking a service, you agree to them.

Estimates and pricing

Estimates are free and based on the information available at the time. If the scope of work changes on site — for example, additional windows, heavier buildup or access issues — we'll explain any change in price before proceeding.

Scheduling and weather

Exterior work depends on weather and safe conditions. We may reschedule for heavy rain, high winds, ice or other unsafe conditions at no charge. Please let us know as early as possible if you need to reschedule.

Access and property

Please provide clear access to the work areas and secure pets during service. Let us know about fragile items, alarm systems or areas that need special care. We take care with every property and are fully insured.

Service concerns

If you have a concern about any part of our work, contact us within 7 days and we'll review it with you.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Commercial accounts may be invoiced on agreed terms.
